Haredi women-only party launches in Tel Aviv
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsrael has a new party catering to a demographic not much seen in the Knesset: Bizchutan (In Their Merit) will consist exclusively of ultra-Orthodox women.
The party is announced formally in Tel Aviv’s Zionist Organization of America building by its three founders.
Ruth Kolian, a social activist who focuses on advancing the role of women in society, will head the list; No. 2 is Noa Erez, an intern at the State Attorney’s Office; and No. 3 is Keren Mozen, 21-year-old business management student.
