IDF says shooting attack thwarted in West Bank
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA shooting attack has been prevented in the northern West Bank, the military says.
The Israel Defense Forces says troops thwarted the attempt and “neutralized” the Palestinian assailant.
It is unclear if he was shot or otherwise subdued.
There are no casualties on the Israeli side, according to the IDF.
Hebrew-language media says the attacker was holding a pistol.
