Joint List head: Izz ad-Din al-Qassam was a great man
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleMK Ayman Odeh, the head of the Joint (Arab) List praises Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, the radical Muslim preacher who fought the British and the Jews in pre-state Palestine.
Al-Qassam was a great man, Odeh says in an interview, Channel 10 reports.
Hamas’s military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, and the Qassam rocket are both named for al-Qassam.
