New virus czar said to recommend lockdown of 6 ‘red’ cities
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleNew coronavirus czar Nachman Ash is recommending lockdowns be imposed on six “red” cities with high infection rates, according to television reports.
Ash is also said to recommend that nighttime curfew be imposed in ten “orange” cities, despite earlier saying this wasn’t an effective tool in fighting the virus.
