NYPD seeks Ahmad Khan Rahami, 28, in Chelsea bombing

The New York Police Department publishes the name and picture of a man wanted in connection with an apparent bombing overnight Saturday in New York City.

In a tweet, J. Peter Donald, the NYPD’s assistant commissioner for communication and public information, names Ahmad Khan Rahami, 28.

So far, authorities have been maintaining that the apparent bombing, which injured 29 in the city’s Chelsea neighborhood, wasn’t linked to “international terrorism.”
