PA official says driver will remain in Palestinian custody
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA senior Palestinian Authority official confirms to The Times of Israel that the driver who killed an Israeli woman in the West Bank has turned himself in to the PA’s security forces.
The official also says the driver is 63 years old and has said what happened was an accident and not an attack.
He adds that the suspect will remain in the custody of the PA Police and will be dealt with within the PA’s judicial system.
