Singer Rita released from hospital after health scare

Popular Israeli singer Rita is released from hospital in Tel Aviv after a health scare that put her in intensive care.

The 54-year-old singer was admitted to Ichilov Hospital on Saturday, suffering from an unspecified infection. She was placed in isolation by doctors.

Speaking upon her return home, Rita expresses her gratitude for all the good wishes she received, Channel 10 reports.

“They say there is no good without bad and no bad without good. I am truly amazed at the massive amount of love from the entire nation,” she says.
