Stabber identified as 22-year-old Palestinian from Qalqilya
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Jaffa stabber who killed one American tourist and injured nine more people, is identified by police as a 22-year-old Palestinian from the West Bank city of Qalqilya.
In video footage from the incident, the stabber can be seen running through a major street and attempting to stab drivers.

He was shot dead by police near the Manta Ray restaurant in Tel Aviv.
