Troops destroy rocket launchers in southern Gaza, IDF says

Several rocket launchers that were aimed at Israel were struck by troops of the Kfir Brigade during operations in the past day in the southern Gaza Strip, the military says.
One rocket was fired from Gaza at southern Israel but intercepted yesterday.
The army says operations also continue in the Strip’s north, where it says artillery shelling was carried out to support ground troops.
