US still an honest broker, says Friedman
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAmbassador Friedman tells Hadashot news that he still views the US as an honest broker in the peace process, despite Palestinian qualms to the contrary.
The envoy acknowledges that the US is “incredibly close to Israel… but that does not mean we cannot bring the parties together.”
Friedman says he is “pretty confident” that the US will succeed in doing so.
