4 Rahat residents indicted for sexual assault of minor
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFour residents of the southern town of Rahat are indicted for allegedly abducting and sexually assaulting a minor last year.
The charge sheet alleges that the four, all aged between 19 and 29, forced the minor into their car at gunpoint in September 2015 and assaulted him, while recording the attack on a cellphone, the Haaretz daily reports.
The four are charged, among other offenses, with conspiracy to commit a crime, kidnapping, aggravated assault, extortion with threats, violation of privacy and child abuse.
