Deputy Education Minister Porush quits Knesset
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleDeputy Education Minister Meir Porush resigns from the Knesset, although he will continue to serve in his ministerial capacity.
Porush, of the ultra-Orthodox United Torah Judaism party, tenders his resignation to Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein.
He will be replaced in the Knesset by party colleague Ya’akov Asher starting Tuesday.
