Gantz: Cancel hotel quarantine requirement for those tested at airport
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleDefense Minister Benny Gantz urges the government to allow Israelis who enter the country to quarantine at home, on condition they undergo a COVID-19 test at the airport.
The government is currently requiring those who enter the country to self-isolate at state-run facilities, though the rule appears to be only selectively enforced.
Gantz will not support extending this order, his office says.
