Germany: Without Iran deal, Mideast would become more dangerous
Germany’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas says the situation in the Middle East would become “much more dangerous” if the US were to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal.
World powers are”therefore jointly looking for solutions to safeguard the JCPOA,” he says, referring to the 2015 deal.
“The situation in the Middle East would become much more dangerous without the nuclear agreement with Iran,” he says, according to a tweet by the German Foreign Office.
