Prosecution plans to indict Hadera mayor for corruption, pending a hearing

The state prosecution has informed Hadera Mayor Zvi Gendelman of its intention to indict him on corruption charges, pending a hearing.

Gendelman is suspected of fraud, breach of trust and other charges for allegedly providing favors to a local contractor in exchange for support in the October 2018 municipal election.
