Sarah Silverman target of anti-Semitic rant by ex-reality TV star

Tila Tequila, who once claimed to be a reincarnation of Hitler, uses white supremacist symbolism in attack on Jewish comedian

Former reality TV star Tila Tequila accused Sarah Silverman and the Jews of killing Jesus before saying the comedian was next on a “celebrity sacrifice” list.

Tequila, born Tila Nguyen, was responding on Monday to a fan’s suggestion that a Donald Trump presidency would bring Jesus back to life.

“Jesus will come back too just don’t tell the Jews about it,” Twitter user Kaiser Poopfist I tweeted at Tequila.

The former “A Shot at Love” star wrote back that Silverman and the Jews should be informed.

Tequila’s use of punctuation — the triple parentheses known as the echo symbol — is used by white supremacists and anti-Semites to identify Jews online. It was added to the Anti-Defamation League’s hate symbols database earlier this month after it appeared in a publicized anti-Semitic attack on Jewish New York Times editor Jonathan Weisman.

This is not the first time Tequila has expressed anti-Semitic views. On April 20 of this year (Hitler’s birthday as well as her own), the perennial instigator posted several tweets praising the Fuhrer and bizarrely claimed to be using necromancy to bring him back to “gas” everyone. The former star also claimed to be the reincarnation of history’s most reviled figure and put up a picture of herself photoshopped with Hitler’s hat, mustache, and swastika armband.

Tila Tequila may have targeted Silverman for claiming on her 2005 comedy special “Jesus is Magic” that she was glad the Jews killed Jesus and that she would happily do it again.

The comedienne is known for her faux-innocent deadpan style, and has cultivated a blissfully ignorant stage persona which spouts obscene politically-incorrect observations in humorous self-parody.

For her part, Silverman responded to Tequila’s attack in typical comedic fashion on Twitter, referencing Tequila’s short-lived dating show.

In 2012, shortly after starring in a sex tape, Tila Tequila announced that she would be converting to Judaism and expressed admiration for Kabbalah and the Reform movement. She went went as far as to take classes at a New York temple. TMZ reports Tequila as saying that ‘the Jewish people have such a beautiful way about them.”

But just under two years later, a 180-degree-turnaround had the star posting a Facebook photo of herself superimposed in front of Auschwitz in a scant miniskirt wearing a swastika armband and with a pistol in hand.

At that time, she began a series of racist and anti-Semitic rants that included expressing regret at the way history has treated Hitler, calling him courageous and pinning his poor reputation on the “reptilians” who have triumphed and manipulated history.

Her erratic behavior continued last year when she was kicked off of the show “Celebrity Big Brother” for wearing a Nazi uniform.

As Raw Story reported, after registering Sarah Silverman’s response to her Twitter outburst, Tequila upped the ante by saying she would take vengeance on Silverman before expanding her invective to include anti-black and anti-Mexican posts, as well.
