At least 42 injured in Gaza amusement park accident
10 said to be in critical condition after ride collapses; incident comes as millions of Palestinians celebrate Eid al-Adha

At least 42 people were injured when an amusement park ride collapsed in the Gaza Strip on Saturday.
According to Palestinian media reports, 10 of those injured were said to be in critical condition and were evacuated to the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
The accident took place at Fun Fair amusement park in the Gaza Strip as millions of Gazans celebrated the the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha.
Gaza police officials said they have opened an investigation into the incident.
