Passersby on Wednesday morning found the slogan “Death to the Jews” scrawled in black paint on a billboard alongside a major roadway in Tel Aviv.
Police launched an investigation of the incident.
In another graffiti incident, “Death to the Arabs” was found scrawled on the walls of a high school in the northern town of Hatzor Haglilit on Wednesday.
Police launched an investigation and were examining the possibility that the Hatzor message was sprayed in protest over the release of 26 Palestinian inmates from Israeli prisons early Wednesday morning.
