Pop star Lady Gaga is to play Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park on September 13, Channel 10’s “Good Evening with Guy Pines” reported on Wednesday.
The flamboyant performer, promoting her ARTPOP album on a world tour, will come to Israel from the US and travel on to concerts in Europe.
She last visited Israel in 2009, when she performed at the Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center, also in Tel Aviv.
Gaga is the latest high-profile act heading to Israel this year.
Reports in the Israeli media last week said the Rolling Stones were near a deal to play in Israel for the first time, on June 10 at the Ramat Gan Stadium near Tel Aviv. Stones bassist Darryl Jones performed in Israel in December.
