German company buys Israeli app for $72 million
The German company RNTS announces its purchase of Inneractive, an Israeli-based ad exchange app, for $46 million in cash and another $26 million in potential earn-out and retention payments should the app hit growth targets in the next three years.
Industry magazine Tech Crunch reports that the start-up, founded by Ziv Elul and Offer Yehudai in 2007, has only managed to raise $11.5 million in funding of its own.
Inneractive says it had revenues of $43.2 million in 2015, and expects to double its revenues in the next two years.
