From Meretz MK – Allaan’s rearrest is act of revenge

“Netanyahu’s policy sets the region on fire and he is busy with vendettas and empty statements about harsher and harsher punishments,” says Freij.
The MK says that administrative detentions or firing at rock throwers will not bring quiet to Israel, “but only the understanding that Israel cannot exist for long without solving the conflict with the Palestinians and returning to real negotiations.”
