Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decides to bring forward a planned meeting of the security cabinet to next week following two deadly terror attacks, his office says.

The meeting was originally scheduled for September 10.

A source in his office tells the Walla news site that the decision has nothing to do with the demand made by far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir to immediately convene the top-level forum.
