Netanyahu: We’ll get Pfizer vaccines, they’ll start arriving in January
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAt the end of the coronavirus cabinet meeting, the prime minister says Israel will receive Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine and asserts “It will begin in January, and increase monthly.”
He says that after speaking with Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla again, all legal impediments have been removed to sign a deal.
“We, and I, are working to bring vaccines from other sources. The more the better.”
Meanwhile, outgoing coronavirus czar Ronn Gamzu appears to contradict the premier, telling media he believes vaccines will start arriving in April, or March at the earliest.
