PA says it ‘highly appreciates’ Trump administration’s peace efforts
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Palestinian Authority says it “highly appreciates” the Trump administration’s efforts to jumpstart the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
According to reports, PA officials said they “know that things are difficult and complicated, but that nothing is impossible in light the sincere efforts of the Americans.”
Abbas also reportedly asked the visiting delegation to commit to a two-state solution, a settlement building freeze and a timetable for the resumption of the peace process.
