US President Donald Trump spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the past 24 hours, shortly before holding a call with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun to discuss a potential ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, Channel 12 reports.

It remains unclear what Trump and Netanyahu discussed.

The report comes after Trump’s call with Aoun, during which the American president said he was committed to meeting the Lebanese request for a ceasefire.
