Two pregnant women among those hospitalized as a result of fires

At least 13 people have been admitted to Kaplan Medical Center and Shamir Medical Center as a result of the fires in the Jerusalem Hills, Magen David Adom says.
Most of the injuries were due to smoke inhalation and burns. Among the injured are two pregnant women and two infants — one a month old and the other about six months old.
Some 10 others were treated by paramedics but did not require hospitalization.
MDA teams also assisted and evacuated patients who were homebound and needed to be transported from their homes via ambulances and mobile intensive care units.
