IDF says north West Bank incident was not stabbing attack
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA Palestinian that had been arrested by the IDF in the northern West Bank was cut by cable tie that the soldiers had placed on him when he attempted to release himself.
Earlier reports indicated that the Palestinian stabbed a soldier, but those reports are untrue, the IDF says.
