Joint List MK slammed for joining flotilla by colleagues in party
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleJoint List MK Masud Ganaim criticizes his colleague in the party Basel Ghattas for the latter’s participation in a flotilla heading to the Gaza Strip.
Ghattas did not coordinate his participation in the flotilla with his fellow MKs in the party. Posts by Facebook users on Ghattas’s page criticize him for taking a stand for the Palestinian in Gaza instead of serving his electorate.
Speaking to Israel Radio, Ganaim says that Ghattas did not consult with his colleagues in the party before leaving the country and told no one of his plans.
