Livni wants Lapid to vouch for Zionist Camp

Tzipi Livni says, “These elections are not about who has the better commercials.” She was answer ing a question on the campaign run by the Zionist Camp.

Speaking to Ynet, Livni slams the planned trip of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the US, saying his accepting an invitation to address Congress without coordinating with the White House will create a situation where “when we need them [the US], no one on the other side of the phone in Washington will pick up.”

Livni asks Yesh Atid head Yair Lapid to publicly announce that he will recommend that the president grant the Zionist Camp and not Likud the responsibility of building the next coalition.
