Meretz leader: Only way out of bloodshed is peace
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleMeretz leader Zahava Gal-on says the only way to prevent further bloodshed is two reinvigorate the long-dormant Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
She writes on Facebook: “We’ve had it with the cycle of bloodshed. We’ve had it with terrorism and violence, we’ve had it with revenge and hatred.
“To uproot the motivation for terror, to lower the flames and to create hope, the prime minister must ‘change discs’ and understand that ending the conflict with the Palestinians is first and foremost an Israeli interest.”
