Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s office denies any significance to saying “West Bank,” after the premier was subjected to right-wing criticism for not using the biblical term “Judea and Samaria” during a press conference with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

“Usually the prime minister uses the term ‘Judea and Samaria’ both in Hebrew and English. This was an accidental remark and no special significance should be attributed to it,” his office says in a statement.
