Turkey announces $10m donation to UNRWA
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleTurkey announces it will transfer $10 million to the UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, and another $1.2 million to the World Health Organization intended as humanitarian help for Gaza.
According to a statement by the foreign ministry in Ankara, the money is in addition to Turkey’s funding of the UN’s refugee agency.
