Morissette to close out tour in Israel

Canadian-born singer will take the stage in Tel Aviv December 3

Nineties pop sensation Alanis Morissette will hold the final concert of her “Guardian Angel” world tour in Tel Aviv, entertainment sources revealed Sunday.

The Dec. 3 appearance at the Nokia Arena will be the 38-year-old Canadian-born singer’s third concert in Israel after performing here twice in 2000.

Morissette, the winner of seven Grammy awards, will arrive in Israel after completing a tour in Europe following the release of her new album “Havoc and Bright Lights” in August.

Morissette, famous for her hits “Ironic,” “Jagged Little Pill” and “Right Through You,” said she was “delighted” to return to the country. “I had a great time in Israel professionally, spiritually and emotionally,” she said in a media statement.

Tickets are expected to go on sale in the upcoming weeks and range in price from NIS 200 to NIS 700.
