Biden set to deliver live address
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleJoe Biden is scheduled to deliver a live televised address at 4 p.m. EST (11 p.m. Israel time).
The Democratic challenger will make the speech from his home city of Wilmington, Delaware.
“We won’t rest until everyone’s vote is counted,” his campaign says, announcing the address.
