Report: US-Saudi nuke deal being sent to Congress for review doesn’t include normalization provision

The US civil nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia is slated to be sent to Congress this week for review, but it will not include any provision on Riyadh joining the Abraham Accords, a source with direct knowledge of the matter tells the Axios news site.
The US and Saudi Arabia signed the nuclear agreement on Wednesday, but Trump announced the next day that it would be retroactively conditioned on Riyadh normalizing relations with Israel, after conservative media outlets began criticizing the deal for lacking that stipulation.
Yesterday, however, Trump admitted that he had not even talked to Saudi leaders about the purportedly new condition.
