The Bar is dead! Long live the Bar!
Maxim’s annual Hot 100 list, the much anticipated ranking of the finest babes in existence (at least in the minds of red-blooded Maxim readers) was released on Thursday, but last year’s #1, Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli, failed to make the cut.
Instead, the only Israeli on the list is newcomer Bar Paley, a model turned actress who came in at #52.
The top spot this year went to teen-actress turned pop star Miley Cyrus followed by another teen-actress turned pop star, Selena Gomez.
Barbadian pop-diva Rihanna came in at #3, followed by member-of-the tribe Mila Kunis, who was recently voted the sexiest woman in the world by readers of FHM and who might be visiting Israel soon with her kabbalah devotee boyfriend, Ashton Kutcher.

Fans of blonde Israeli models named “Bar” probably already know that Paly, a Tel Avivian born in Russia, made the jump to the big screen in 2008 with a role in horror flick “The Ruins,” and will appear in a number of movies this year, including the Michael Bay comedy “Pan & Gain.”
In addition to Paly and Kunis, other Jewish women on Maxim’s Hot 100 list include actresses Kat Dennings at #83 and Scarlett Johansson at #15.
