Trump peace envoy backs US ambassador’s remarks on West Bank rights
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleUS Mideast peace envoy Jason Greenblatt says he backs remarks made by US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, who told The New York Times last week that he believes Israel has the right to retain parts of the West Bank.
“David [Friedman] spoke elegantly and I support what he said,” Greenblatt says on stage at the annual Jerusalem Post conference in New York.
