Israeli cyber-security firm Forescout to be acquired for $1.9 billion

Israeli cyber-security firm Forescout will be acquired by Advent International for $1.9 billion, financial news websites report.

The all-cash deal will hand each Forescout shareholder $33 per share in cash.
