Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office publishes photos of the premier alongside US President Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner, as they participate in the full cabinet meeting where ministers are due to vote on the first phase of Trump’s plan to end the war in Gaza.
The phase under discussion would see a ceasefire, the release of all 48 hostages held in Gaza, a partial IDF withdrawal there, and the release of Palestinian security prisoners. Witkoff and Kushner helped broker the negotiations over the deal.
