Footage shows long line at Moscow ATM as sanctions against Russia have residents scrambling
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleVideo footage shows a long line at an ATM machine in Moscow, indicative of Russian fears that they won’t be able to withdraw cash as sanctions against their country kick in.
The ATM in the clip runs out of money after 40 minutes.
