Rivlin to shorten sentence of rape victim who murdered husband
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePresident Reuven Rivlin announces that he will shorten the sentence of a young women was convicted of murdering her husband who brutally raped her.
The statement from the president’s office said the woman had undergone considerable rehabilitation since entering prison at the age of 17.
She is now expected to face a parole board where she could be released after serving five years of her 11 year sentence.
