Smotrich’s faction launches campaign slamming Netanyahu’s annexation plan
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe National Union faction of the Yamina party, led by Bezalel Smotrich, launches a campaign blasting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to annex parts of the West Bank as a “laundered” cover-up for the creation of a Palestinian state.
A video posted by the right-wing opposition faction likens the plan to previous steps that included the use of “laundered” terms, used in the aftermath of the signing of the Oslo Accords in the 1990s, the disengagement from Gaza in 2005, and the launching of rockets from Gaza.
