Among the 18 victims from yesterday’s IDF airstrike in the West Bank Palestinian city of Tulkarem were eight and seven-year-old siblings Karam and Sham Abu Zahra, the official PA news site Wafa reports.

The pair were buried today along with the other victims.

Military sources said the IDF targeted a Hamas commander planning an October 7 anniversary attack in the airstrike.

The IDF says it has identified seven of the 18 victims that ripped through a cafe in Tulkarem as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad members, but local residents tell The New York Times that the majority of those killed were civilians.
