Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA 25-year-old Jewish man in Kiev was attacked after the Passover seder is in critical condition, representatives of the Jewish community reported on Monday.
Ultra-Orthodox student Aharon Alexander was found unconscious on Saturday night after apparently having been hit in the head with a glass bottle. He was brought to hospital and treated for serious head injuries.
The local Jewish community is weighing sending Alexander to Israel for further treatment.
