IDF says strike near Gaza City port targeted Hamas commanders planning attacks

The Israeli military says its strike near the port of Gaza City a short while ago targeted Hamas commanders who were planning attacks against Israeli troops operating in the Strip.
“The terrorists were struck in a precise aerial strike to remove the threat,” the army says.
According to Palestinian media, the strike hit a cafe and killed six and wounded 10 others.
