Israeli man dies of wounds sustained in terror attack at Gush Etzion Junction

The Israeli man who was attacked by two Palestinian terrorists at a shopping complex at the Gush Etzion Junction in the West Bank has succumbed to his wounds, Magen David Adom says.

Both assailants were shot dead, according to first responders.

The circumstances of the attack are under investigation.

According to preliminary findings, the two terrorists, who were armed with knives, stabbed the man, who was a security guard at the shopping area.

Other armed Israelis opened fire on the pair, killing them. Authorities are investigating whether the slain security guard was also hit by gunfire.
