Lapid keeps crusading against larger cabinet

Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid is making the issue of increasing the number of ministers his main point of criticism against Netanyahu.

Speaking on the Knesset Chanel, Lapid says Netanyahu “wants to spend hundreds of millions of shekels on political convenience. This daylight robbery is despicable exploitation of the Knesset, and Yesh Atid will lead the battle against this scandal.”

Lapid, who served as finance minister in the last government, made the issue of limiting the size of the cabinet one of his pet projects as minister.
