‘All of Iran belongs to the Iranian people’: Israel expresses support for protesters
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe IsraelinFarsi X account run by the Foreign Ministry expresses its support for the ongoing protests against the Islamic Republic across Iran tonight.
“Qom, Mashhad, Tehran, Dezful — all of Iran belongs to the Iranian people,” the Israeli government account tweets.
The account has also tweeted several clips showing the wide-scale protests.
While there had been reports that the Israeli government was trying to avoid responding publicly to the protests to avoid harming them, that approach seems to have been largely abandoned by Jerusalem.
