Army expands West Bank manhunt to Jericho after stabbing

The Israeli military says searches for a Palestinian terrorist who stabbed an Israeli man along a West Bank highway have expanded to the city of Jericho.
The stabbing occurred along a highway used by both Israelis and Palestinians in the village of al-Auja, some eight kilometers (five miles) north of Jericho.
The army says its searches for the attacker, who fled the scene, are continuing in al-Auja and the surrounding area.
“The forces are interrogating suspects and conducting intelligence-gathering work to locate the terrorist,” the army says.
