Pro-Israel rallies around the world call for hostage release, mark 6 months of war
In a flood of posts on social media, demonstrations and gatherings can be seen around the world marking six months since Hamas’s October 7 massacre in southern Israel and calling for the release of 129 hostages still held by terror groups in Gaza.
In New York, pictures show thousands of people are gathering near the UN Headquarters in Manhattan.
Demonstrators at the rally can be seen locked in cages with “SOS” signs to draw attention to the plight of the captives in Gaza.
Midtown Manhattan, New York City, it has been six months since Hamas abducted several innocent individuals. Demonstrators are highlighting the harsh reality of what the hostages are enduring.

In Toronto, a rally showing support for the plight of hostages is interrupted by a pro-Palestinian counterprotest.
